Probably the router can pick up the outside address by DHCP, but if not, you know what it is.If the router cannot pick up the outside address, I am in trouble. The day I was there, the address corresponding to the radio link happened to be 192.168.100.3, but tomorrow it could be 192.168.100.123 or anything else.
If Windows can do it, so can a router with a DHCP client. My Linksys router is not currently used and is somewhere in my loft, and I can't recall the model number, but it certainly picked up the WAN address by DHCP. I still have a reservation in my DHCP server for it.
