Well... :P

It seems like I'm the only Italian involved in medical-related DDTP. In fact,
from the statistics, we're not that bad _overall_:

This is the top 10:

1) de
2) ja
3) cs
4) pt_BR
5) fr
6) ko
7) es
8) it
9) nl

8 over a total count of 23: not that bad :)

The *real* problem is the translation mechanism: too many reviews are needed.
I've already translated on of my packages, "proda". Yes, the maintainer (me) is
Italian, but translations are available in es and fr, because it received only
one review over 7 needed to pass. I believe they should find some other
mechanism, otherwise the process will become too slow and won't include niche
packages like ours.
