I disagree.  That someone may be trustworthy doesn't mean we don't need
standards of conduct.  In fact, such tools are invaluable for helping us
discern whether someone should no longer be regarded as trustworthy.  I
think that a documented standard of conduct is a far superior approach
than expecting people to plead out their grievances against a
nonexistent metric.

Such a document would furthermore be helpful in helping to forge a
shared conception of exactly what it is the DSA team is, and is not,
empowered and authorized to do.  Few people find "everything" jobs
rewarding.
