It was ButtonBar for laptop. I removed that entry in my menudefs.hook
and it is gone, no longer a worry.
I'm not certain that I might not have been able to create
a .start-fvwmButtonBar file and put in it # Do not start FvwmButtonBar
which might have worked as well?
But I just removed the entry to it instead, I doubt it will ever be
needed.
