I mean:

   # /etc/init.d/gpm stop
   # gpmconfig
   Configuring gpm (mouse event server):
   ... <show current values>
   Do you want to change anything (Y/n)? y
   ... <set values, simply cr keeps curretn value>
   Do you want to test this configuration (y/N)? y
