Du kannst auch mit procmail oder maildrop das machen und List-Post:
auslesen und dann mit formail -I "Reply-To: ${LIST_POST}" rewriten.
In procmail:

* ^List-Post:.*debian\-user\-german
{
LIST_POST=`formail -czx List-Post: |sed -e 's|.*mailto:||' -e 's|>||' `

|formail -I "Reply-To: ${LIST_POST}"
}
