Thank you for your fast feedback, that was a brain dump. The text looks way
better now.

It wasn't my intention maintain old policy.txt just policy.pod, with that in
mind i sent it to this list before commit, sending to the repository only
what i discussed before here.
I choose pod just to keep it in the same format that svn guide. svn guide
needs some updating too, but i'll do it after.
