Actually, yes it does. All humans have the capacitor to be. explore some of the many science and general science text on human brain function and you will find some rich support.
The capacitor to be, however each creative effort is as unique as your DNA.
This is not philosophy, its physics.

think human-like creativity is restricted humans. Any sufficiently
advanced alien lifeform could reproduce such creativity.
