I think automatic checks for policy violations or one-line extended
descriptions should be automated in lintian, not in scripts running
producing BR. That way each developper knows in advance if their
packages are OK. Normal bug reports should be for things that a machine
cannot check, only a human.
*Maybe* a script can be run to file a BR to any package that fails some
lintian test (e.g. after lintian gets updated for a new policy)

Adding checks to lintian seems more usefull to me than mass BR-filing.
