no, I was quoting people's arguments.  what does the a pair of " glyphs
mean to you.

The author of the GR said it could be in the installer with a new place,
like it is now.  I said it's better to keep the status quo and not
include it in the installer, if one wants to make it more clear that its
not part of Debian GNU/Linux, but just a service Debian (as in the
project or individual developers) provides to its users.

I think I was clear.
