It looks like those files are leftover cruft. I'll have to look to make
sure I cover those cases. In the meantime, you should be able to delete
them.
Unfortunately, I might not be able to cover all cases, as I don't want
to inadvertently delete files from ximian-setup-tools (which use
System).
