Yes, yes... I know.
But I don't remember to have had all that folders in GNOME in the past, I
mean, besides the /Desktop one. The rest (/videos, /images, /sounds, /
movies, /downloads...) looks to me like someone is wanting to imitate the
Windows system (My Downloads, My Videos, My Pictures... Oh My!).

So, finally, is that package needed to have that setting working? :-?

Yes, I know there is not such option. It was just a "wish".
