Maybe we should provide a HTML-Page which explain ho to setup maildrop
or procmail "HOW TO FILTER MAILINGLISTS" like

----[ '/home/michelle.konzack/.procmail/ML_debian' ]----------------

####################################################################
#
# Debian GNU/Linux Mailinglists
#
####################################################################

LOG=$TDPID"ML_debian         : pass$NL"

:0
* ^Envelope-To:.*(your_email_here)
{
  ##################################################################
  # Filter all ADMINISTARTIV messages from Debian/Alioth
  :0
  * ^X-BeenThere:.*(mailman|request|subscribe|unsubscribe|owner)@lists\.alioth\.debian\.org
    .ML_debian.ADMIN/

  ##################################################################
  # Filter mailinglists from Debian/Alioth
  :0
  * ^X-BeenThere:.*[-a-zA-Z0-9]+@lists\.alioth\.debian\.org
  * ^X-BeenThere:.*\/[-a-zA-Z0-9]+
  .ML_debian.$MATCH/

  ##################################################################
  # Filter all ADMINISTARTIV messages from Debian/Murphy
  :0
  * ^From:.*(request|listmaster)@lists|(petsupermarket@murphy)\.debian\.org
  .ML_debian.ADMIN/

  ##################################################################
  # Filter all DEBIANLISTS in seperated folders
  :0
  * ^X-Mailing-List:.*<debian-\/[-a-zA-Z0-9]+
  .ML_debian.$MATCH/
}

--------------------------------------------------------------------

I use this (ok, a little bit more advanced) since several years...

Right. I get berween 500 and 8000 Spams per day, but not more
then 2-3% over Debian Mailinglists. over 90% is coming in with
my public E-Mail <linux4michelle@freenet.de>
