This is what I was missing the first time. Now the local export works.

My original problem is still the same. I've posted automount messages
resulting from a failed mount with the -v and -d automount options.
I've tried googling on several of the lines to no avail. I'm thinking
the "winner=(null)' is a clue but I have no idea what it means.
