well, I tried that and its boots now!!! Thanks Mark and the rest of
the debian-user mailing list! you guys rockz...
Hmmm... now X seems to hang as both the keyboard and mouse isn't
responding... even num lock isn't flashing... was working before this
kernel panic issue thou... oh well, time to do more reading to see
what can be done!
PS: Any hints greatly appreciated!
