ah - got why echo "SOMETHIN" > /dev/lp0 wont work.

echo "SOMETHING" | lpr results in lpr: command not found!

well i checked with dselect. lpr is not installed. now, i think i am getting it slowly. do i have to add either of lpr, lpd or lprng packages?

which one will you recommend?
