I tried that. I can switch between click-to-focus and point-to-focus. But
click-to-focus seems broken, because it only works if I click on the title bar,
if I click anywere else in the window I want to come to the front, nothing happens.

"Keyboard Shortcuts"

When I try to change the keybindings, they just get disabled. And the ones on
the list don't actually funcion.
