So, I should have now uploaded everything. More specifically, I
uploaded these:
    frog_0.20-1_amd64.ftp-master.upload
    libfolia_2.4-1_amd64.ftp-master.upload
    mbt_3.6-2_source.ftp-master.upload
    mbtserver_0.14-1_amd64.ftp-master.upload
    ticcutils_0.24-1_amd64.ftp-master.upload
    timbl_6.5-2_source.ftp-master.upload
    timblserver_1.14-2_source.ftp-master.upload
    ucto_0.21.1-1_amd64.ftp-master.upload

the -2 are uploads that went to unstable and were accepted, but I had to
rebuild to satisfy the dependency trees. They are currently broken in
unstable, and I think we should just leave them there until the other
pass NEW and then re-upload everything again.

If you are in doubt please don't hesitate to ask, possibly before
uploading. :)
Also, feel free to reach out when everything is out of NEW, so I can
confirm you everything is alright!
