Camm and I would like to request a binNMU for maxima to clear some
problems introduced by the older version of gcl.

The details are

maxima_5.13.0-3.1, recompile with gcl 2.6.7-44, 1, alpha amd64 hppa i386 ia64 mips mipsel powerpc s390 sparc

That is, all archs but armel (where Camm tells me it won't help) and
m68k, where gcl is Not-For-Us.

This should fix #489871, and other brokenness related to randomized sbreak,
which became default (I think) in kernel 2.6.25-something
