Re: Conflict between R 4.5 and some (mostly r-bioc 3.20) R packages
I have now uploaded what should be enough to get r-base 4.5.0 into
testing (but I could easily be wrong about that).
For the packages that are failing on a 32-bit architecture and blocking
r-cran-testthat (r-cran-hdf5r/rcmdcheck/s2), I added a warning on load
on 32-bit systems and skipped the autopkgtest. Partial removal is also
an option, but might involve uploading quite a lot of packages, as
r-cran-sf/spdep and hence ~100+ packages depend on r-cran-s2.
