That works in Debian:

That makes the current status
r-bioc-iranges, r-bioc-graph, r-cran-rlang: have Salsa merge requests
with fixes. The r-bioc-iranges patch should also fix
r-bioc-delayedmatrixstats but this has not actually been tested.
r-cran-hdf5r, r-cran-rcmdcheck, r-cran-s2: need tests disabling on a
32-bit architecture (and if you prefer not to have buggy packages
available, the package removing on this architecture). This will
unblock r-cran-testthat and hence r-cran-ff. (These are *already* buggy
in R 4.4.x, but the old r-cran-testthat was too buggy to notice.)
r-bioc-bioccheck: needs explicit version check disabling.
r-bioc-pwalign, r-bioc-shortread: unknown - maybe the r-bioc-iranges
patch will also fix these, maybe not.
r-cran-pillar: no action required, already fixed in r-cran-bit64.
