Re: Conflict between R 4.5 and some (mostly r-bioc 3.20) R packages
3 of our FTBFS bugs (rapache, r-bioc-oligo, r-cran-sdmtools) are also
due to R 4.5 (removed C API aliases), but I now have patches for those
as well.
Current status:
Broken with r-base 4.5, patches in Salsa: rapache 1103202, r-bioc-graph,
r-bioc-iranges, r-bioc-oligo 1103199, r-cran-rlang, r-cran-sdmtools 1103228
Should migrate if we just wait: r-cran-bit64 1102109, r-cran-bslib
1101679, r-cran-vegan 1099926
Waiting for r-base 4.5, should migrate if it does: rjava 1103203, rpy2
1102774, r-cran-doby, r-cran-fansi 1102590, r-cran-gss, r-cran-rinside,
r-cran-writexl
To remove/ignore on 32 bit: r-cran-caret 1103118, r-cran-dbitest
1103111, r-cran-epir 1103082, r-cran-hdf5r (blocks r-cran-testthat
1099927), r-cran-lubridate 1103068, r-cran-rcmdcheck (blocks
r-cran-testthat 1099927), r-cran-recipes 1103138, r-cran-rstanarm
1103134 (the name refers to Applied Regression Modelling not the ARM
architecture), r-cran-s2 (blocks r-cran-testthat 1099927), r-cran-themis
1103063, r-cran-tidyverse 1103110, r-cran-units 1102591,
r-cran-webgestaltr 1103369
Miscellaneous RC bugs, patches in Salsa: r-cran-argparser 1102189,
r-cran-sparr 1102956, r-cran-survminer 1102345
Will miss trixie, as it depends on already removed package(s):
r-cran-broom.helpers 1102589 (depends on r-cran-cards)
Other RC bugs:
