Re: Conflict between R 4.5 and some (mostly r-bioc 3.20) R packages

r-base 4.5.0 is currently blocked by 3 r-cran* and 6 r-bioc* packages.

r-cran-ff and r-cran-pillar pass with R 4.5.0 in unstable but fail with R 4.5.0 in otherwise-testing, which suggests that they'll be fine if some other package migrates. I haven't tried to find out which one.

r-cran-rlang, r-bioc-graph and r-bioc-iranges fail with R 4.5.0 in both unstable and otherwise-testing. Rebuilding r-bioc-graph and r-bioc-iranges with R 4.5.0 succeeds but doesn't help:
https://salsa.debian.org/r-pkg-team/r-bioc-iranges/-/jobs/7472123
https://salsa.debian.org/r-pkg-team/r-bioc-graph/-/jobs/7472135
I haven't tried rebuilding r-bioc-biocgenerics with R 4.5.0, which might help. (Caution: to avoid potentially making the situation worse, please do *not* upload any such rebuilds to sid until we know more about whether they'll help.)

r-bioc-delayedmatrixstats, r-bioc-pwalign and r-bioc-shortread also fail, but depend on r-bioc-iranges so might be the same bug as that, though only r-bioc-delayedmatrixstats is failing with an obviously iranges-related error message.

r-bioc-bioccheck is failing an explicit version check.
