Right, thus creating p5-Git-Annex/.git with upstream code.

Actually, dh-make-perl is run inside the directory that `dzil
build` creates in p5-Git-Annex, creating in turn the debian
directory and the p5-Git-Annex/Git-Annex-0.001/.git repository
that is later removed by `dzil clean`.

If dh-make-perl was run in p5-Git-Annex then it could make sense
to remove those branches, but I fail to see the purpose of
removing them from the transient git repository.
