Fixed.

Done, the new "upstream" tarball is at
http://jeremiahfoster.com:8080/swedish-1.4.5.tar.gz

Does this mean I have to become "upstream" for the swedish package?
That is not really a problem, I just want to make sure of my responsibilities.

I don't understand. How do I create a diff.gz? (I know how to use
diff, but what is this a diff of? Two different tarballs?)

Added my copyright statement back, changed to UTF-8 using
iconv. The `file` command is still saying ASCII however. Not sure how
to determine proper encoding.

Will do. :)

The file and directory names have been transliterated.
