I eventually decided to keep it: if the library version changes (and it
most surely will), I think it might be a nice feature to have both
documentation packages.

I think I have now addressed the concerns raised in the ITP, and I have
added a README.Debian containing the extra information from the ITP. It
feels like the first version of the package is ready: is there anything
else I should correct? What would be the next steps?
