OK. Step 3 is easy as this is just about checking that a locale exists
for the language in Debian.

The "locales" package has a gu_IN locale, so step 3 completed.

Now for step 4:

Please provide me with a UTF-8 file containing the name of the
language...using the name *in* Gujarati, written with the appropriate
script. All this alone in a file attached to your answer.
