Straying from the BinNMU path and going for source uploads was wrong of
course, as was pointed out (twice) in reply to the RFS of gdal.
The BinNMUs of librasterlite (#737075) and gdal (#737074) were scheduled
by Niels Thykier today, so we should be good for the libepsilon mini
transition.
