Yes, there is.  You keep saying this, but you don't actually address
the issues.  There is essentially universal agreement that the GFDL
includes several non-free provisions.

If you want absolute unanimity, then you aren't going to get it; if
you want a clear consensus, it does, in fact, exist.  We have an
engine for generating consensus (debian-legal); it has achieved
consensus, and well, that's that.
