Please, Tomohiro, don't be so harsh. You might have noticed that not
all, not even most developers have English as their native language. How
can we forget that? But...

...as you say yourself, it is difficult to handle everything right. For
myself, everything that isn't Latin, Cyrillic or Greek is completely
unintelligible. By coincidence, all these scripts are left-to-right,
non-joining, have half-width characters, and comparitively few of them.
Were I to write some program, I could not test it for anything else but
Latin, Cyrillic and Greek. It's not that I'm not aware of the problem.
