I think Debian for woody+1 might need a real user manager tool.
And that will include asking which "roles" (as we've had that term
before) a user does play.
That can easily include the role of an "administrator", the role of a
"junior" etc.

That could also be used during installation: which roles do you want to
install. "junior" "medical" "gamer"...

Unfortunately i think that /etc/groups has some limitations on how many
user can be in a group, hasn't it? does this apply to LDAP etc. as well?
