I can say this because of the various people who fancy themselves as the
Mozilla maintainer Myths packages far exceed all others is quality. It
is HIS decision what version to upload.

Myth is objecting to the crazy US law, prehaps trying to generate more
dislike for it! non-US is not a good thing. If you want updated versions
why not just get an unoffical package? Or even if having the latest
version is that important I beleive that you can download a
new development tarball every night from www.mozilla.org!

Rephrase, 'take over' to, strong arm? hijack? I don't beleive that so
many people are willing to condone a blatant and wrong hijack just
because Myth makes decisions about HIS package that you don't like.
