If you mean to force the debian packages to overwrite the helix ones, you might
look into setting a temporary pin in apt (see apt_preferences(5)).

If you mean the dpkg output, try setting the COLUMNS environment variable, e.g.

COLUMNS=1000 dpkg -l | grep helix
