If it says that you can't charge $1000000 for Qt it self then it's not
ok by the DFSG.
I can only read QPL sec. 6.a in one way: I can't charge $1000000 for
Qt.
QPL sec. 2 is also problematic. Does distributing includes selling?
Then there still some problems with KDE, but that's another story.
