Yep, that was a major Pita for them in Cologne that RedHat and
Debian refuse to ship KDE.  At that time Debian shipped it and
provided it.  Blaming some group for no reasons...

Which is turned into "Hey, we don't have 7 people paid to work on KDE
doesn't this make KDE better?"  *grmbl*

This was already known when tolonuga stopped working on the KDE packages.

As long as not all parties see the problem it won't get resolved.
