	Oh, sure. Lets make _everything_ a conffile. Like, then if I
 compile my own perl, then, umm, I will be reminded when there
 is, like, an upgrade. And I can, you know, say no, I, umm, like my
 perl better than your perl, and not be a luser.

	We have a powerful mechanism here, and, umm, why not use it to
 the fullest?
