OK, please try the just uploaded ldso 1.9.6-1.  libc5-based shared
libraries that aren't explicitly tagged for libc5 may still list libc6
as a dependency though.  This is because I made the default for
untagged libraries be libc6 behavior since it is the new, default libc
and libc5 will eventually be phased out.
