Re: source dependencies - and recomndations
I would expect, actually, that the usual case when one wants a minor
version number at all in a source dependency is when your package is
the one that found the bug in the other package, a situation that
occurs far more often than might seem natural, because debian
developers finding bugs in each other's packages is probably the
*biggest* cause of incremental maintainer releases... but I'd be
happy enough mentioning those cases by hand (or running some program
to declare them, whatever.)
