There is a variety of Debian images there. I do agree we should look at official offerings and make them accessible.

I also think we should look at how packer would help us with images.

 

I have not tried packer, but when I look at documentation I often see:

"... by launching a source instance" [0]

It seems to always take an image and repack it for your needs.

This is not a "reproductible" way as you do not know how was generated the source image, nor its initial content.
