I fully understand that it is hard but I belive that it should be
considered; at least
here in Brazil it is not difficult to get people to do signalization
during talks and
since we have a corse for it at University sometimes it is done for free.

Braille names on meetings rooms aren't expensive to get done, in fact it is
quite simple to do. It is basically the matter to find someone to make it
and put it in the door.

The most difficult thing for those are the braille version of slides. Personally
I have no idea if there's any tool to convert it automatically or not.
Even it being
difficult to be done right now I consider correct to have it on the checklist.
