The 3:15 bus from BL works for you. The question was for a 6:45 flight, not
your 8:45 flight, which is two hours later. The bus comes to Zagreb at 6:00,
you board the first normal airport bus that departs from the same station at
7:00, arrive at the airport at 7:30, and have plenty of time until the
boarding time which should be around 8:15.
