Please, let us as speakers have the schedule at least a week in
advance.  Anything else leads to lots and lots of stress and makes it
much harder to prepare for the talk.

As Magni says; this isn't so you can be lazy and wait until the last
second, but to make it clear up front and make it possible to mentally
prepare oneself.
