The installer boot menu here shows (with different horizontal
alignment):

Debian GNU/Linux 9.4.0
    Debian GNU/Linux UEFI Installer Menu

Graphical Install
Install
Advanced Options ...
Install with speech synthesis

Enter: Select
E: Edit Selection      C: GRUB Command line

...tabs have no effect.

The iso is on CD and was obtained from the following mirror:
http://debian.gtisc.gatech.edu/debian/
