That's what I thought.
However, I didn't read "take this up with Adobe, since they are the
only ones that can fix it." as chastisement, since Adobe really is
the only place that can fix a bug in acroread.
OTOH, I can see where it would be interpreted as a curt or
dismissive response, even if it wasn't meant to be.
