Just stick this line to your /etc/apt/sources.list
deb http://ftp.au.debian.org/debian/ stable main contrib non-free
and keep running "aptitude update; aptitude upgrade" from time to time --
when etch will be pronounced stable, you will get your system upgraded
automagically.
