The problem is a little more complex though. Delivery is super important. So I tend to go with the companies that can deliver best, like Newegg, etc. Then you have to stick with what they have. E.g. searching for a mandrake certified motherboard of 3com fx83 produced no results there.
Generally I still find it a hit and miss proposition, give where I am located.
