I agree with former Apple guy Bruce Tognazzini that iTunes and its
competitors are attempts to be adhesive -- since the program doesn't
actually sort the files in a way that any other program can follow
(say into directories), after you spend hours and hours arranging
things the way you like them, you're stuck with iTunes forever,
unless you want to spend hours more re-sorting them all.
