I use Ultramon, a multi-monitor utility - http://www.ultramon.com.
Basically it does the same as you do manually, but then with a nice
GUI to make it simpler. It also adds other usefull (?) features - like
multiple screensavers, buttons to easily move windows across monitors,
keyboard shortcuts.
