Assuming you have your list mail delivered into folders beneath =lists:

folder-hook . 'bind index g group-reply'
folder-hook . 'bind pager g group-reply'
folder-hook =lists 'bind index g list-reply'
folder-hook =lists 'bind pager g list-reply'
