I am curious. I am not an "expert", but I have been using Linux for 
quite a while, mainly Redhat. Since I am not sure if you have used 
Redhat for work, the following question may not be a fair question to 
you. Does Redhat constrain/restrict you if you want to fine tune your 
system? If yes, in exactly what way?
